You may: Use Services for lawful business purposes

You may NOT:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property rights
Transmit malware or harmful code
Misuse drone operations
Reverse engineer our technology

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology are owned by RAVAM and protected by international law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices subject to change
Payment due per invoice terms
Late payments may incur fees
Services rendered are non-refundable

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

SERVICES PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

We do not guarantee Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

RAVAM NOT LIABLE FOR:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or data
Business interruption

Total liability limited to: Amount paid in last 12 months OR $1,000 CAD, whichever is greater.
